2024 Annual Town Meeting

The Topsfield 2024 Annual Town Meeting (ATM) is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7th at 7:00pm. All registered Topsfield voters who are present at the Annual Town Meeting act as a legislative body and perform the following functions:

• Vote on the budget
• Authorize capital expenditures
• Make, amend, or repeal the bylaws
• Approve or reject changes in the administrative structure or procedures
