Town Hall Reopening

Though Town Hall and other municipal buildings are starting the process of reopening, we continue to remind people that they are "Safer-at-Home."

Unfortunately, the insidious COVID-19 virus is still circulating and there is not yet a cure or a vaccine.

Topsfield COA is running at full tilt, with many services being provided and most programs restored. We should be able to conduct most business remotely as we have been doing throughout the pandemic. If a client really needs to see us in person, there is a process for scheduling an appointment according to the new Town Hall protocols. An outdoor meeting is another option (we love having an excuse to step outside!)

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times.

There has been no interruption in the Meals on Wheels Program.  If you would like to receive this life-saving service, call our provider SeniorCare, Inc. at (978) 281-1750.

If you would like assistance acquiring food, please call our partners at Topsfield's Food Pantry, Top Cupboard, (978) 807-8775.

Please follow all social distancing protocols, wash hands thoroughly, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, use household cleaners to clean frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and phones.
