Town Hall Reopening
Topsfield COA services and programs are fully restored. As of March 10th, 2022 the indoor policy for the Town Hall is "Mask Recommended". We hope you will particiapate in some of the the Council on Aging programs!
There has been no interruption in the Meals on Wheels Program. If you would like to receive this life-saving service, call our provider SeniorCare, Inc. at (978) 281-1750.

Description:
Topsfield Council on Aging is a municipally appointed volunteer board authorized under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, Section 8B. The Council's major responsibilities include setting local policy for the administration of elder programs and services, serving as elder advocates and educating the community at large about the needs and resources affecting the lives of Seniors.
The Council on Aging provides programs and services to the age 60+ population and caregivers including nutrition, transportation, social and educational programs, information and referral services, elder protection programs, volunteer opportunities, wellness programs, support services and outreach.
