Zoning Articles for 2024 ATM
The Warrant for the 2024 Annual Town Meeting (ATM) includes seven zoning articles which propose bylaw changes to support housing and economic development as well as minor housekeeping for current bylaws. Each of these articles will be presented by the Planning Board at the Annual Town Meeting on May 7, 2024 for a vote by residents.
The Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 7:00 pm to explain each of the zoning articles, answer questions and solicit input from residents prior to the Annual Town Meeting.
