ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION
The Town Clerk's office has mailed ballots for the Annual Town Election to all residents who had applied to Vote by Mail for all elections this year. Ballots may be returned to the Town Clerk's office by mail, deposited in the secure mail slot at Town Hall, or hand delivered to the Town Clerk's office. Deadline to return ballots is 8:00 PM on election day, Thursday, May 9th.
In-Person Early Voting for the Annual Town Election will take place at Town Hall:
- Friday, April 26 from 8 AM - 4 PM
- Saturday, April 27 from 9 AM - 2 PM
Nomination Papers for the 2024 Annual Town Election are available at the Town Clerk's Office beginning Thursday, February 1, 2024 through March 19, 2024. The list of available offices is below. All terms are for 3 years unless otherwise noted:
- Assessor - 1 seat
- Commissioner of Trust Funds - 1 seat
- Library Trustee - 2 seats
- Moderator (1 year) - 1 seat
- Planning Board - 1 seat
- Regional District School Committee - 1 seat
- School Committee (3 YEAR) - 1 seat
- School Committee (2 YEAR) - 1 seat
- Select Board - 2 seats
