MBTA Multi-Family District Info Session

In January of 2021, the MA Legislature enacted “Housing Choice” – Section 3A of MGL c. 40A. This established the requirement that “MBTA Communities” create a zoning district in which multi-family housing is permitted by right. Presentations of the proposed MBTA Multi-Family Overlay District and bylaw will be provided by the Planning Board as follows:
