2024 Dog Licensing is Available

It's time to license the dog for 2024! Per Town of Topsfield by-law and Massachusetts General Law, dogs must licensed annually by January 31st. Beginning February 1st, a late fee of $25.00 per dog will be assessed. Licensing can be done by mail, online or in person at the Town Clerk's office. A current rabies certificate is required.
