Ciccolo, co-chair of the Zero Waste Caucus, has filed a number of bills to reduce waste of plastic and polystyrene takeout containers, plastic cutlery, bottles, bags and more. As we’ve seen with local ordinances, we can make change; let’s talk about making transformative change across the entire state to eliminate harmful plastic waste from our environment.
