What is happening?
The purpose of this Public Information Meeting is to provide the public with the opportunity to become fully acquainted with the Bridge Replacement on Perkins Row over Mile Brook in Topsfield, MA. All views and comments made at the hearing will be reviewed and considered to the maximum extent possible.
How will this affect you?
The purpose of this project is to improve public safety and maintain through-travel on Perkins Row by replacing the bridge. The preliminary design indicates that the overall width of the bridge will remain approximately the same as the existing bridge with similar aesthetics. The project aims to preserve the millstones within the proposed scenic lookouts.
