2024 Town Meeting

The Topsfield 2024 Annual Town Meeting (ATM) is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7th at 7:00pm. All registered Topsfield voters who are present at the Annual Town Meeting act as a legislative body and perform the following functions:
- Vote on the budget
- Authorize capital expenditures
- Make, amend, or repeal the bylaws
- Approve or reject changes in the administrative structure or procedures
Town Meeting is held at the Masconomet Regional High School at 20 Endicott Rd., Boxford, MA 01921
