2023 Annual Town Meeting

The Topsfield Annual Town Meeting will be on Tuesday, May 2nd at 7pm in the Masconomet Regional High School Auditorium. 

All registered Topsfield voters who are present at the Annual Town Meeting act as a legislative body and perform the following functions:

• Vote on the budget
• Authorize capital expenditures
• Make, amend, or repeal the bylaws
• Approve or reject changes in the administrative structure or procedures
