Town Government Review Committee

Description:

The five-member Town Government Review Committee was appointed by the Board of Selectmen for a period of up to twelve months to review the efficiency of Topsfield’s current operations relative to costs and to the delivery of services to residents. The Committee's purpose is to determine what ways, if any, Topsfield can reorganize its operations so as to deliver services to residents in a more cost efficient manner.
