Town Goals and Objectives
The Topsfield Select Board identifies and subsequently confirms a list of five core Town goals and/or objectives for each fiscal year. Below each goal are examples of ways to achieve these goals or begin the process of achieving these goals. The examples of ways to achieve these goals is for guidance purposes. Additional operational items not listed will also contribute to the success of each goal and may become a higher priority at any time.
