Town Facility Assessment

Topsfield was awarded $10,000 during the FY19 MIIA Risk Management Grant Cycle.   The funds were utilized to perform a Facility Condition Assessment of the ten municipal buildings in town.  Dude Solutions performed the assessment and provided a report of the findings.  In addition, using the data collected a preventive maintanence and forecasting tools is available through the Dude Solution software.
