Housing Services

Topsfield supports affordable and accessible housing in Topsfield in two ways:

• The Topsfield Housing Authority, a department overseen by the Housing Authority which is an elected board, administers a housing complex for the elderly and people with physical handicaps.
• The Affordable Housing Committee works to increase the ratio of affordable housing units in town and so offering a wider range of housing options for the community.
