Master Plan Public Meeting (rescheduled from 3/29)

The Master Plan Steering Committee meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month on the 2nd floor of Town Hall at 6:30pm. 

The Topsfield Master Plan will be a 10-year vision and roadmap for Topsfield's future. The Plan will be the foundational policy document for the Town - guiding local decisions about future growth, preservation, and change. The process of updating the master plan engages the community to understand forces that are shaping their built environment, to envision a desired future for their community, and to select effective strategies to achieve the community vision and goals. There will be many opportunities for community members to help shape the Comprehensive Plan and we hope you will share your ideas along the way!
