Mindful Yoga with Joan

Most Mondays starting at 3:00 PM and most Wednesdays starting at 8:00 AM for a 45-minute seated and standing Yoga class held in person, Town Hall, 8 West Common St. (2nd fl.), or join us virtually.

Parkinson's Fitness

Most Fridays starting at 1:00 PM for an hour long Parkinson's Fitness class (Balance in Motion with Diana) is held virtually.   This class is also offered on Mondays at 1:00 PM Virtually.

Certified instructor Dianna Daly leads the class in a series of seated and standing exercises that promote strength, flexibility, and balance.  Exercise your vocal chords and facial muscles.  Improve agility and
mobility.  All are welcome to attend this gentle fitness class.  No pre-registration is necessary. 

Fit for Life

Most Tuesdays at 2:00 PM- $5 drop-in fee, and most Thursdays at 2:00 PM (no fee). This class is held in person only at our programming site, 8 W Common St (2nd Floor).

Certified instructor Pam leads the group through a mix of dance, low-impact aerobics, intervals, light weights and bands. All abilities are welcome.
