In collaboration with the North Shore’s Parkinson’s Fitness organization, the Danvers YMCA is pleased to sponsor a fitness class designed for those living with Parkinson’s Disease, but beneficial to all interested in maintaining and improving their strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Accomplished instructor Dianna Daly leads the weekly exercise, arts, and movement class in a series of seated and standing exercise, sometimes using props and different types of music to enhance the experience.
