Topsfield Memory Cafe

The Topsfield COA is proud to partner with Mary MacDonald, Topsfield's resident expert on Dementia-Friendly programs, to add a Winter Memory Cafe to our offerings.  As we strive to become a dementia-friendly community and meet the needs of all of our residents, ensuring that Memory Cafes can be offered year-round (April-October they are held at Rest-Stop-Ranch) is essential.  Thanks to Trinity Church for supporting this endeavor as well.

On the 1st Saturday of November through March, the Topsfield Memory Cafe will be open for caregivers and their loved ones to join us for light refreshments, friendly conversation, and a gentle activity intended to stimulate memories (e.g. music, dance, art).  The activity will be customized for the audience.  Hosting these events locally will make it easier to get out during the cold New England winter months.
