Topsfield Congregational Church
Directions to Emerson Center From Rt. 95 take exit 52 east towards Topsfield center (1 mile). Bear right at the fork. The church will be on your left and the Emerson Center is directly across the Common from the church. From Rt. 1 at the intersection with Rt. 97 go west 0.5 miles to Topsfield center. Emerson Center is on your immediate right.
Hood Pond/ Topsfield Beach Association
Hood Pond is a 68 acre pond, located off of Route 97 in Topsfield. It has a private beach operated by the Topsfield Beach Association and offers swimming lessons for children ages 4 up to Junior Life Saver. Directions: Travel Interstate 95 North, take exit 50 to Route 1. Proceed 4 miles to the North, passing the Topsfield Fairgrounds on the right and crossing Route 97, to reach the Ipswich Road Intersection. This is marked by a traffic light and two gas stations. Turn left into Ipswich Road and after 500 yards turn right into North Street where signs will direct you to the parking areas at Klock park.
