Description:

The Board of Assessors is required to list and value all real and personal property as of January 1st each year for the purpose of ad valorem taxation in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws. Records of all properties are kept in the Assessor's Office where the public may view them. Applications for abatements and exemptions and information concerning valuations are available in the Assessor's Office.
