The Senior Scoop is the Council On Aging's monthly newsletter. It is published 12 times per year. The Scoop is delivered free of charge to all Topsfield citizens aged 60 and over. Advertisers sponsor the publication of the newsletter. Senior Citizen Publishing of Boston publishes the Scoop. The Scoop provides updated health information, community news, volunteer and paid opportunities and the COA's calendar of events and programs.
