Real and Personal Property
Change of mailing address for real and personal property must be made in writing to the Board of Assessors. Please fill out this Change of Mailing Address form and return to the Board of Assessors, Town Hall, and 8 West Common Street, Topsfield, MA 01983.
Motor Vehicle Excise
Change of address, place of garaging of motor vehicles, registrations, and licenses must be made to the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles.
